Robert and Deisy Hawck are offering Salsa lessons and dancing at Beermanns Restaurant in Lincoln Tuesdays starting at 7:00 p.m. March 19. The venue is an old Victorian building with a large second floor ballroom with wood floors and a great sound system. There is a full bar downstairs in addition to the restaurant.
Dance Salsa, Merengue, Cha-cha, Bachata and Kizomba starting at 9:00 p.m. Sunday with DJs Travieso and Chavo. Thursday Salsa and Bachata night. DJ Victor Manuel plays the latest Latin music. 9:00 p.m. lesson with Nicole Lazo. $5 cover. Free parking. Open to 21 and over.
The Graduate is a full service sports bar with food and drink available throughout the night. The Graduate offers Latin dance instruction and open dancing on Tuesday nights. DJ Miguel spins a wide range of great Latin dance music including Salsa, Merengue, Cha-Cha-Cha, Bachata, and more. Salsa lesson at 9:30 p.m. with Cori. DJ music and dancing from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. Eighteen and over are welcome. Dress to impress. Large dance floor, professional lighting, sound and video. Two bars. $6 cover. Free parking.
Salsa is Back at Kobe Wednesday nights. Kobes has reopened as Kobe Surf & Turf and Stephen and Randy will be teaching a beginning lesson with intermediate moves starting at 7:00 p.m.
Miami Beach Club is at the former Liquid Nightclub. DJs Guillermo Torres and Victor Manuel have moved Salsa night from Sunday to Thursdays starting October 11, 2012. Salsa lesson at 8:00 p.m. with Nicole Lazo. There is also Tropical Fridays featuring DJ Q and MC Ruben Navarrete with current dance hits ranging from Reggaeton to Cumbia to Salsa to Bachata and Merengue. Domingos Latinos has moved from The Station to Miami Beach Club as of January 27. Starting at 8:00 p.m. DJ Omar, DJ Muerto and DJ Loud will play a variety of Latin music including rock and hip-hop Sunday night. The club has 6,000 square feet of party space including VIP booths and a wood dance floor. The club is open to 21 and over. Dress to impress. No cover except when there is a live band.
Salsa is back at Club 21, now called the Midtown Barfly. Nicole Lazo will provide a lesson at 8:00 p.m. followed by DJ music until 1:00 a.m. Doors open at 8:00 p.m. There is a $5 cover.
Stephen and Randy of SalsaDorado.com will provide a lesson starting at 9:30 p.m. and dancing will start at 10:00 p.m. every second Saturday. Enjoy a combination of Latin music styles from Salsa and Merengue to Bachata and Timba. The cover is $3.

The Salsa Loca Club at Sacramento State is a student club formed in 2007 to provide students and members of the general public a welcoming place to get together to learn Salsa and other Latin dances. They offer free lessons at 7:30 p.m. Wednesdays and open dancing until 10:45 p.m. This venue closes during school breaks. Donations to the club are appreciated. All are welcome, whether a student or not. Parking on campus is $6.
The Station has moved its Latin nights to Wednesdays and Saturdays as of January 16. A beginning Salsa lesson with Mike Del Campo starts at 8:30 p.m. Wednesdays and 9:00 p.m. Saturdays with open dancing afterwards. No cover charge. The Station serves full meals all evening, has a full bar and offers a non-alcohol bar. Dress to impress, 18 and over welcome. Come early for parking in the Station lot.
